I feel your frustration. We have had similar issues, but not with Premera Blue. I wish I could tell you what to do but unfortunately there is no easy answer. And the providers do not understand that we sometimes hit these roadblocks. The only option you have is to keep trying to get thru to someone who can help you. I would start with Onehealthport again and tell them that you need to get to the bottom of this. Be nice, but firm. If you are nice you may get someone who sympathizes with you and will help you get a resolution. I wish I had a better answer.
