Office Ally - Increasing Clearinghouse Fees

Wait, let me get this straight...!? Office Ally wants to increase their fees, but their site is constantly crashing. Pathetic excuses like... "we're having server problems and we are aware of the situation..." and then them shutting off their support at the call-in level, because they damn well know they can't scale their IT operations properly. Give me a break!

And you should be thankful. It's unbelievable to me, that large and they have this stuff on bad servers. Ooof!

I never liked them to begin with.. found it very blah and basic. But I don't hear too many complaints on functionality from any of our members.

BINGO! It looks like something from the early 90's. The usability is HORRENDOUS!
