Can we bill flouroscopy guidance with Epidural Steroid injections?

CPT 76000, 76001, 77002, 77003 in conjunction with CPTs 62320 to 62323....?

I do not have experience with those codes but in general you should bill for all services performed.  The insurance carrier will determine if the codes are allowed separately or if they are bundled.

You have to read the code description for each steroid injection code you listed, and that will tell you if the imaging/guidance is included in the code or not. For instance, 62323 is WITH imaging/guidance. So you can't bill the fluoroscopy separately, because it is already in the code description/RVU's.

AGOG:
We billed 77003 and 76000 with 64483 and 64479. We never got paid for 77003 but with 76000 with modifier 59 and depending upon insurance and place of service we did get paid. Its not a lot but something is better than nothing.

I do billing for ASC and office, With medicare and medicaid on facility claim we do not get paid at all for both codes. but on the professional side, we do get paid with modifier 59 and 26 together.
