Is there a CPT code to add on to an office visit when the physician has to spend time with the family or caregiver.  I heard someone talking about getting more for an office visit by using this code as the physician has go over medications with the caregiver.  Is it billed in increments.  Thank you

Is the time with the family on the same day as a visit with the patient?
