Good afternoon,
Does anyone have information regarding how to file a formal complaint against Champva for non-payments? For years, there has been an uphill battle to get claims paid in a timely manner. I deal with VA Optum and Tricare and have 0 issues. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Even the ChampVa website has not been updated.
