I need to find learning tools to help with substance abuse billing. Does anyone know of such things? Courses, books, any kind of materials that would help with this type of billing. Any help would be appreciated. Does not know if it matters but I am located in Florida. Thanks so much.

Sorry, I know nothing about that particular kind of billing, but have you done the obvious and searched "substance abuse facility billing" on Google? When I did, I got some good hits, like this one:
http://c.ymcdn.com/sites/www.mpca.net/resource/resmgr/behavioral_health/procedure_codes1.pdf
and this one:
http://www.bcbst.com/providers/behavioral_health/billing_guidelines.pdf
and this one is from Florida BCBS:
http://providermanual.bcbsfl.com/ARS/cr/bg/Pages/Psychiatric-and-Substance-Abuse-Facilities.aspx
I know Florida Medicaid has all their provider manuals available online based on specialty, and you can also look at the FCSO Medicare page for various LCD's, etc.
