EnrollHub has been offline for several days. Is anyone else experiencing this as well? Does anyone know why it is offline or how long it is expected to be offline? I have submitted a help question, but so far no one has responded to my inquiry.

There is a message on CAQH main page stating "Enroll Hub is currently unavailable. Thank you for your patience." So it looks like they are having technical issues. :(

Yes this message has been displayed since the New Year! I am wondering what on earth could be going on. Has anybody else tried contacting them and had any luck?

Wow! That's almost three weeks. We hadn't noticed yet. Haven't had to do any new enrollments yet this year. But we will be soon. If it is still up we will definitely contact them!

Newest message on EnrollHub states:
"CAQH EnrollHub is now available for health plans to process applications and changes that have previously been entered by provider organizations. We are working to restore access to providers as quickly as possible. Please check back for additional information."
But there is not place to log in, so I am not sure how we are even supposed to work on existing enrollments. I am wondering what on earth could be going on with them!

EnrollHub will return to normal operations for health plans and providers on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 12:00 ET. We anticipate high call volumes as soon as EnrollHub is back online, and apologize in advance if longer than usual wait times briefly occur.
