He is expecting me to check every note she does and inform her of her mistakes and what she should have done instead.
I spent 45 mins on 2 patients and this np still does not get it. She has never worked as a np before shadowed our other NP 2 days before she left for leave and he turned her loose. He is in the office 1-2 days a week the new np is here 3 and a half and he expects us to watch her.

The codes used were: G47.00, R09.81, M54.30, M25.551, M25.552, M54.50 / As I said, one or more of these codes were "inconsistent" with procedure code 98926 according to the insurance co. Should one or more of these be left out? Is a modifier needed? The insurance co. won't say. Any suggestions would be welcome.
