Hi,

Has anyone used a back office company?  I have 2 ladies retiring and am thinking of using one to help with posting and phone calls until I can get people hired and trained.
I only want to work with one that fully operates within the US. If you have and were happy with them could you share their info?

Sorry but I have not ever used one, and I don't know companies that have.  :(  I was hoping someone else would answer.  Where are you located?

We are in Braintree Ma., I have found a few online but it's one of those things, do we want to take a chance?  I have been unable to find anyone that I know/trust that has used one.

I guess I can ask them for references and go from there.

If you don't have any recommendations then references is probably your best bet.  Good luck!
