The wording of your question is strange and not clear.  It appears that you are asking about optimizing the workflow for an orthopedic practice, but the "offers for effective results" doesn't make any sense. 

So since you are a biller, what are you actually asking?  Do you have an issue with an orthopedic practice that you are billing for?  What is the issue?  These questions don't really help anyone if they aren't specific. 

This forum is for billers to help other billers with issues they may be facing.
