Seeking New Clients
« on: November 06, 2019, 04:59:32 PM »
Hello Again

I seen this topic posted back around in 2008, but I would like to know does anyone has a sample introduction letter  that they mail or email out to potential clients to see if they are in need of a  medical biller, especially clients that are just starting out in their practice.  I am going to visit my former doctor who is working at a clinic which I already know has there own billing source, but she could be a lead and should have good connection in pointing me in the right direction of possible new doctors.  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

Will you be using this letter for a direct mailing campaign in bulk, or for a one particular clinic? The design and language will be different for each.

Thank you for the reply.  I'm looking to mail to new mental health providers to start then expand to other specialties such as physical therapist or chiropractors.

Thank you again

Direct mail as you described will work just fine but if I may suggest, you'd get more bang for your buck if you use a professionally designed postcard. Postcard mania or similar companies can design a mailer piece that will  get your marketing message across without anyone opening an envelope. Providers hate opening envelopes if they think it's a marketing letter, and a postcard will ensure your mailer will at least get noticed. Important: Consistency is everything with direct mail! Better to do 500 mailers a month consistently, than 1000 once in awhile. Your mailers will not have their full effect until the providers see them at least 10 times. Direct mail is a good move if stay in it for the long haul. I hope this helps.  :)
