As of right now, 10:30am est, I still can't seem to find a definite answer! Is the delay a sure thing? Not one word on CMS site that I could find! There are other articles out there that say delay was approved. And I've read the other post here on this issue, but I don't see an official announcement! So do we really know for sure lol? I'm just stunned and I guess I'm hoping that somewhere, someone will say there is no delay!!!!!

My understanding is that the president signed the bill today, and it is a done deal. I am sure various sites will be updated to reflect the delay within a few days or so.

Delayed until October 2015

Senate voted after the house to delay along with a one year "doc fix" bandaid. TECHNICALLY it's not a done deal till your majesty signs it. Probably before he goes on his next vacation.

He signed it today.

He signed it today.
Oh must have signed it within the lunch hour.. as of about an hour and a half he had not. I have a cool app on my phone that lets me track all congressional and presidential bills.. like an Obama gps. LOL Chili is nice this time of year. ::)

According to this link, the delay was signed on 4-1-14.

I stand corrected, RichardP...all news stories and the White House website do verify that President Obama signed the bill yesterday, and not today. Thanks for the info!

Have to love the TRANSPARENCY of this administration, never mind that's a main point of the campaign back in 2007..
If you look at other news sources it says he signed yesterday.. LOL

The AP newswire reported it twice.. LOL
Not meaning to split hairs.. really doesn't matter when he signed it.
