One of the ladies that work in our Chiro office was in a car accident. She is CA and post all charges for the office.
I feel it's unethical to bill her auto ins when I knew she getting adjusted while on the clock. Plus the provider does not normal charge the staff to be adjust.
Please help and give me your opinion.

So the chiro is billing her MVA insurance? Insurance companies most likely have a clause in there that they wont' pay claims for services rendered by employer or family.
yes, I'd say it's unethical too.

It is in the best interest of the patient AND the Chiro that she go somewhere else for treatment. I understand she probably trusts the Chiro she works for but it raises a red flag on the case.
And Linda is right, many insurance companies will not pay for services rendered to a family member OR even services requested (like MRI or x-ray) by the doctor for a family member, especially the spouse.
