primary care telehealth 2021 billing

hello all. how are you billing telehealth (LIVE AV communication)  for medicare and non medicare?

i read that as of 2021 medicare wanted to change POS to 02 from 11 with mod 95, and so we did that as of jan 1 2021, but we received less reimbursement when we did that. have not gotten back any EOB from the commercials, but hope they don't do the same thing since most of their websites said we needed to use POS 02 and that is what we did beginning jan 1 2021.

I have not heard that they wanted '02' used instead of '11'.  We are still using '11' with the 95 modifier.
