When billing for revenue code 0780

HI,

We are billing revenue code 0780  CPT CODE:90837 with GT modifier on UB04 form for telehealth services.

Anthem said we need to use correct modifier for 0780.

Any suggestions please?

Hmmmm, I'm wondering why you are using rev code 0780.  I would use 0914 for the individual therapy with the GT or 95 modifier.
