I'm currently creating my website. Will it be good if I added my coding and billing certificates?

You could include them in your "About us" page.  It's always good to include anything that supports why they should choose you.

Yes, noting these on your website would add to your credibility as a professional. Once this is done however, I would suggest going through this forum and learning everything you can about marketing. Signing up clients, especially for a new biller will be no easy task.
