Tallman - these two links are for California.  I imagine with a little poking around you can make these links work for whatever State you want the information from.

The first link is free.  The second link requires payment (for a database).

OK, question doesn't make sense grammatically.    I think you are asking about the difficulty of billing for wound care.  I found this article:

We have not billed for any uninsured patients.  What are the rejections saying?  Is it simply rejection due to "invalid place of service"?  What place of service are you using?

Billing / HRSA - Covid Testing
« Last post by NHATKM on June 23, 2021, 03:54:20 AM »
Anyone billing for uninsured patients for an independence Lab that is doing Covid testing? If so would you share the codes your using and reimbursement.

I do bill with U0003 and G2024 but received several rejects just from Jun 21 for all date of service. We did get paid for some U0003 but not G2024 due to place of service.

This is a "Google is your friend" situation. Google provider directories in your state, for major insurance companies in your state. Take it from there.

How did that go?

I don't think you have to agree at all but perhaps it takes longer to collect. Would you prefer to accept DI offer or wait for higher/amount per patient's benefit plan? In your view, what do most providers choose?

Most of the providers I know wait for the patient's plan to process.  Personally I don't see it as taking longer.  I always tell providers not to negotiate because usually the patient has a deductible and the patient is responsible either way so there is no benefit in agreeing to the lower amount anyway.
