CPT 99356, primary claim medicaid denied this claim due to detail description of service.anyone can guide me prolong care visit is cover under medicaid or not ?

There is really not enough information provided to answer this question.  What state are you in?  Is it straight Medicaid? What other services were on the claim?  What type of provider is the rendering?

 CPT 99356 and 99309 both visit perform same day but prolong visit denied (F2 ) - Finalized/Denial-The claim/line has been denied. (306 ) - Detailed description of service .

It may not be a covered service under your states medicaid plan.  It is covered under Medicare's guidelines but Medicaid has their own rules.  Have you tried contacting Medicaid to ask for more information on the denial?
