Best behavioral health,MH/SUD/ Dual diagnosis software for Billing

Hello,

 Does this exist? I would think, considering the addiction and mental health crisis today, there would be a specific billing platform for billing RTC, PHP, IOP and OP care for behavioral health. I cannot seem to find a competent and specific one that can specialize in this area? or one that would work well in this space.
Collaborate MD is ok...but not great. Kareo seems the same. They seem to try to capture all and not fit quite right for this space. Avea came out, claimed to specialize in MH/ SA but then I heard they were a previous billing company & ..enticing billing co.'s clients through their model... again, allegedly....
All advice and help appreciated! Id like the platform to be specific to behavioral health billing and with CC processing, EHR integration is getting greedy...but would be a dream, etc..

Are you looking for a PMS system specific for MH?  I believe there are several but I am not familiar with any one.  When I google "Practice Management System for Mental Health" several come up.  Funny thing is Kareo was the first.

Thank you for responding. I am looking for a platform specifically for, or most compatible for, a behavioral health facility for primary MH &/or Substance billing. It seems all are specific to practices and then some extend to facilities.

So you are looking for one that bills for the facility charges then?  I am not aware of any that are designed for the facilities specifically.  We use SpeedySoft for facility billing but it's not designed for MH/Substance Abuse, it is for all facility billing.

I agree with Michele, you probably won't find one to bill facility JUST for MH/Addiction  as you really don't need it. With professional fees also and the CMS-1500 you really don't need a specialty system either.

Facility charges = UB
Professional Charges =CMS-1500

With Kareo you can bill both without double entry using their Hybrid encounter.

Thank you & sorry for the late reply. Collaborate MD has the ability of UB04 and 1500. I just wondered if something specific exists. I am surprised it does not.
