Patient Statements

Hello,

I want to know how does other businesses handle patient statements? Do you bill the cost of statement to client or that cost is on you?

We include it in with our fee.  We don't charge separately, we just take it into consideration.

Kerri:
That is considered a business cost.  You don't pass that on to the patients.
