Looking to change software

Here is what I would do...contact Gateway/Trizetto, and see what EMR/Practice Management software they collaborate/contract with. Once you have that list, eliminate the cloud based/online software since you don't want that, and look at what is left. Focus on those that offer both EMR/PM in one software, and go from there, based on price,  support, etc. Don't worry so much about it being geared towards mental health...most decent programs can handle any specialty.

Agree!  You can do MH on any system and you limit yourself by making that a specification.

Best EHR vendors include names like Epic, Cerner, and Allscripts. Don’t look for anything cheap or average. Go for the elite class of EHRs because sometimes, literally, spending more can get the job done. The crucial thing here is integration capability. They should properly integrate with your medical billing services. I mean there shouldn’t be any compatibility issues. Wishing you happy and peaceful collections!
