The question seems odd to me.  I would think the only way to increase the billing would be to perform more services.  Maybe you are referring in increasing receivables or maximizing receivables?

Maximizing definitely makes more sense.  I would say the best way to MAXIMIZE your receivables is up front scrubbing and working the aging report regularly.

1. Submit clean claims ASAP (same day is preferable)
2. Work primary aging AR weekly
3. Work any denials same day
