I have a question regarding 99455. Before hiring new employee my company ( medical facility) examines this person for vesid form- disbility exam. For billing for these services we are using code- 99455, is this correct code for this procedure or is there any other CPT code we should be using. Thank you for your help. Elena

Elena,
I'm still confused. I didn't know it was ok to bill for exams or services that are done for employment.
99455 indicates work-related or medical disability evaluation services.
