Medicare Site Visit for PTAN

The clients have Applied for a New Enrollment for New PTAN August 6th it was filed under the covid exemption it's been almost 2 months No site visit is done and BOC already Completed the site visit and Accredited it

Is there any way or anyone who this can be escalated to or bought to notice Palmetto does not have absolutely any answers

Unfortunately since it is the government there really isn't anything you can do.  Especially in light of the COVID situation.  I know it's frustrating, but the only thing I can recommend is that you continue to contact Palmetto and just keep politely asking when it will be done.  The squeaky wheel gets the grease applies here.
