Ekg during ofice visit

Anyone else not getting paid for the EKG when done during an OV?  Priority Health keeps denying as procedure code has been unbundled.

Is Priority Health the only carrier that is denying it?  We aren't having any issues but we don't bill Priority Health.  Without knowing more specifics it's hard to say why they are doing that.  But usually the EKG is allowed separately.

So far they are the only one, and it just started in March.

Have you tried calling and speaking to someone?  It sounds like a payer specific issue.
