I keep getting our medicare claims rejected because they are saying our npi number is duplicating in the NM108 pay to provider field, however, I can't seem to find any information on where that is located within the program!!! I'm very frustrated and don't want to pay a small fortune for tech support to get one simple question answered. Can anyone help me please! :-\

Are they being sent electronic? If so, I'm afraid you will have to contact your electronic vendor to have the problem fixed.

I agree with Michelle. You should get tech support, don't they have a support plan you can buy? That does sound like a software related issue.
