I am working on an insurance contract between a clinic and the insurance.
Are there any good resources to help me with contract review and negotiations with payers and networks?

I have listened in on various contract negotiating webinars and they all say the same thing.....have your data together since the data doesn't lie. Show how your practice services a certain percentage of clients and has had numerous success in bridging gaps over the years by the use of ...maybe a certain model or evidence based strategies etc....
