What modifier we should use while submitting claim for "Hospice"?

There is not a modifier to indicate "Hospice".  Are you referring to services that are unrelated to Hospice Care?  That would be Modifier GV or GW.

modifier GV is for attending physician not hospice

and GW- service unrelated to terminal condition

So if you are billing for services unrelated to the patient's terminal condition then you would use one of these modifiers.
