A CABG procedure was performed on a patient with coronary artery disease. LIMA grafts were used to bypass the left anterior descending (LAD), the ramus artery, and diagonal artery. An endoscopic approach for procurement of a greater saphenous vein graft was used to anastomose to the obtuse marginal artery.
The procedure was completed as an on-pump coronary bypass grafting procedure.
