For Immunoglobulins that are given Q30:

Should your per diem (S9338) be billed with a date range that covers the entire month or should they be billed with the date it was precribed?  We are concerned the payors will deny that the units do not match the date range.  We are also concerned for months that are 31 days.  Can you advise the correct way to go about it?

I am not familiar with this specifically, but I have seen issues when the units doesn't match the date range.
