: OT,PT, SLP billing out of office

Help regarding OT,PT, SLP billing.   Very complicated.  What is the best way of keeping track of authorizations.   I am doing the billing for the therapy as well as the authorizations and I am not at the office!  Are there any forms to track auths?

Is there an area in your software that you can track visits/dollar amounts and authorizations
Therapy billing is very complex. Not like physician billing?

I made my own spreadsheet for tracking authorizations.  ( I also bill for therapy- home business).
 Auth spreadsheet has headers:
patient name, group name,  rendering therapist name, type (OT, PT, ST).  Date faxed to ref. Dr for signatures, Date faxed to ins. company or Medicaid, expiration date, Notes or comments column.

spreadsheet can be sorted as Expiration date, Group, or patient.   I have it color coded per group that I bill for.
I made it to automatically highlight 30 days ahead of expiration date, so can fill out forms, and notify therapists when I need evals.   When I receive the new auth and enter new expiration date, it automatically goes to bottom of spreadsheet.
