I'm just curious if anyone has any marketing templates that they are willing to share for concept.

I need some more inspiration. I got all of Michelle and Alice books, but I'm more of a visual person.

I just got two phone inquiries about my service today. I have a question....how do I make sure my e-mails will be HIPPA qualify if I want the medical provider to send by e-mail. Is there a service I can add..please advise.

We've used WinZip for password protected files.  It worked good and it was inexpensive.  We don't have any sample letters yet but we are working on a new marketing book "Marketing in the new economy" and also a marketing package.  We will have sample letters in there.

First of all, your marketing, it's HIPAA not HIPPA :)   If you are going to use email you want to make sure you are using encryption, Before you actually decide on that method, I would actually leave that to the client. Your going to run into clients who would rather fax than deal with scanning and email. Also you are going to need a compliance manual which will contain the answers to your questions and help you prepare your business to be HIPAA compliant, which is also going to help you in marketing your business.

Thanks for the correction. I already have my compliance manual already approve by my attorney.
