Hi there,

I work for an ortho practice in Georgia and I am curious if we can charge a flat rate at the time of service for a nurse case manager when meeting with our provider? We are currently not being reimbursed with the CPT code we are using.

Also, what would a good flat fee be?

What code are you using?  What is it being denied for?  What services are you specifically looking for?  Nurse case manager meeting with PCP?
