I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with them at all.  There are so many companies out there.  It is good you are doing research.  Good luck!

They are a business opportunity vendor, I believe they setup franchises, I VERY STRONGLY suggest that you do more research before putting out that kind of money.

JMHO -I would be cautious about buying software. It's not too difficult to find free or low cost billing software, as well as use the existing software of your clients. If you want to make your new medical business a success however, you would do well to focus on getting your financial house in order, drawing up a well thought out business plan, and a sound marketing strategy. The heavy lifting will be in getting clients signed up.  :)

I agree William.. spending that kind of money on top of all the things you will need to do to be ready would certainly not be beneficial. Those companies are business opportunities, they supply the items you need to service your client and with some companies it's a Franchise which would not cover you for things you need in place. For example, a business associates agreement is required for you to have with each client for HIPAA Privacy and Security, however without the required things needed to live up to that BA Agreement, the BA Agreement is just words on a piece of paper. Billing companies need nearly everything a CE needs such as risk assessment(s), policies & procedures, proof of privacy training, audit functions and all of these require proof and updating. I would strongly suggest doing all that you need to do first. If you have never worked as a billing professional I even advise you go get some hands on experience for a couple of years in an office first.

You have companies in Pakistan and you want help from U.S. companies/billers??? Shame on those that do help you.
You should understand that SOON it will not be an option to send us PHI overseas.
For now you should also understand the entities in the u.s. you do work for......they are under the gun.
