: Codes to use chiropractic adjustment

Can anyone help with codes for manual adjustments, specifically for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of California who recently shifted to medicare adjusted rate and is only communicating with in-network providers.

The visits coded as CMT are reimbursing at VERY low percentage and not accepting unit multipliers for time - typical bill $145, reimbursement $45.

Do you mean manipulation codes for chiropractors?  The 98940-98942?
