What is the best way to bill an additional payable charge, that was not billed on the orginal claim, and that claim was already paid.
Please help! Thank you

If it's a separate code (CPT) you could just send the additional charges and the CPT code will differentiate itself from the other charges. It wouldn't also be wrong to rebill the claim as a corrected claim with a letter indicating the additional charge was left off the original claim.

Just rebill it with CORRECTED CLAIM on the top of the claim and it will reprocess the new charges
