Proposal Letter Question

Good morning,

Can anyone direct us of where to find a sample proposal letter? We are needing to create one for a possible client and I am just not sure how to create one.  They asked us to provide them with a proposal letter with our numbers. We appreciate any help and direction you can provide.

You can use something from MS office template gallery for wording but really your numbers, services, etc., are going to be unique to the potential client. I do a full proposal with cover letter and then projection reports, and I include copy of contract.
