Hi...I will need to bill for the first time for TENS units and portable Electrical Muscle Stimulators and not sure what billing code to use or how much to bill for?  ??? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

The codes are HCPCS codes ranging from E0720-E0745 for the unit a A4557 - A4595 for the supplies.  You should charge based on how much the supplies/unit cost.  Many insurances allow something like 150% of invoice, so if the unit cost $100 they may allow $150.
