Hi guys!! I have my first client lined up to sign my contract. The practice is out of State so I'd like to know if anyone can recommend a resource which lets both parties "e-sign" contracts digitally. I've seen freebie and premium applications online and this seems more professional than mailing originals back and forth, but I don't know which one would work better. Any recommendations?

We don't use an e-sign service so I don't have any recommendations, however when we sign and out of area/state provider we either scan and email or fax the signed contracts. It hasn't been an issue. In fact, we had one that went to court and it held up.

Wonderful. I've had to e-sign stuff before and it's just annoying. lol. I'd rather not use that method anyway. Thanks!!

Generally a fax or scan signature will hold up but you need to add that in that the signature is valid electronically via fax, scan, etc. If that's there it shouldn't be problem.
