As a new member, let me first thank everyone involved with this forum.  I've been doing a lot of reading and appreciate the mountain of help I've already received!!

I'm starting my home-based medical billing business.  But I'm not sure what to put as my title on business cards, letters, and other marketing assets...... Owner?  Medical Biller?  Billing Consultant?  CEO?  lol.

I'm not real happy with the options I came up with so far.  What is everyone else using?

Thank you!!

I don't list my title on my cards but if I did I think I would put "Owner".  You want people to know that you're in charge.  But it's not necessary to give yourself a title on the cards.  One thing that you should keep in mind when designing your business card is that you want to make all space on the card count.  It's a small space and it's an opportunity to market yourself.  Sometimes giving your card is all you can do so you want your card to be a mini commercial.  For example, we have info on the back of our business card that tells what we can do for a provider.  That way if I don't get to speak to them, or speak much, they still get a mini spiel.  :)
