Crisis billing codes

I am starting with a new client for IOP drug rehab. What are the codes or modifiers to use for a crisis situation or if they have court cases. Are the billable services on top of the regular codes

Michele:
They have CPT codes for crisis situations, 90839 and 90840.  I am not aware of any Rev codes to indicate crisis.
