Hi,

I am seeing modifiers UB and U8 used together for billing 90862 for Wisconsin medicaid claims.  Does anyone know if these 2 modifiers can be used together or is this an error?  Thanks.

90862 was deleted for 2013.  Looks like WPS is indeed only accepting the 2013 CPT codes. There is a thread here on the changes that took effect 1/1/2013.  See also: http://www.wpsmedicare.com/j8macpartb/fees/physician_fee_schedule/2013-fee-schedule.shtml
