I have a friend that ask me the below question.

If a chiropractor with an OR license wants to practice in CA can she bill under the blanket of the practice that she is going to work at? She isn't sure she wants to move yet.

I said if she is not licensed in the state of CA, then no she can not bill under the provider that she may be going to work for. She would need a state licence for CA. 

Is that the right answer I gave her?

Yes. That is correct. She cannot.
