: Average Pricing for California
: ASAP July 08, 2015, 06:39:43 AM
Given that California is a state where percentage billing (aka fee splitting) is not allowed.  Can anyone doing billing in California share  what their pricing structure is - what type of billing do you do and what is the price range.

Thank you for any help you can give us.

... California is a state where percentage billing ... is not allowed.

What is your source for that claim?

I am not sure I understand the question - what source?  Hope this helps - The billing will be for a skilled nursing facility and the other is for a private practice.

I think what Richard is asking is what is your source of information that says you cannot do percentage billing in California?

My apologies for the misunderstanding.  I can't remember exactly where I got the information but there were multiple sources.  All I know is that California, Nevada, Florida and New York are states that do not allow "fee-splitting" or percentage billing.  Is this not correct?

Every billing company that I know of in California charges a percentage, including us.
