: MSPQ required for Telehealth PT/INR results

Hello,
We have an issue with a MSPQ firing in EPIC for anticoagulary PT INR telehealth results. The provider receives the labs, calls the patients, but does not open a registration encounter, just an encounter. Do we need an MSPQ each time for Medicare Patients or every 90 days? What if the provider did not charge for these? Would this be a compliance issue?

MSPQs are required every 90 days.
