Pricing labs

Our office does  in house labs but now we also send some specimens off for testing through Lab Corp. We pay lab Corp a fee for processing those tests so we have to build that fee into our pricing. My question is when it comes to Panels there are multiple CPT codes so how do I add the Lab Corp fee to this? Do I split the fee among the CPT codes?

I have not ever billed for outside lab charges but wouldn't you use box 20 on the CMS 1500?
