I know the time spent on the phone with patients. How does your agency handle phone calls... or do you only have the provider's office speak with patients?

We do take phone calls from patients. Personally if your patient bills are very clear and explain things well, the phone calls are not bad.

Yes, I do too, it's all a part of full practice management. Usually I know more than the office anyway. :)
