we are doing billing of N.P when perform 2 visit at same day then medicaid is paying one visit and other one is denying global period of time. denied reason code is - Finalized/Denial-The claim/line has been denied. (84 ) - Service not authorized.how we can solve this issue

Most insurances will not allow two visits on the same date. You can try appealing with the reason why the patient had to be seen two times.

Generally speaking, when a patient is seen more than once in day, you take the two visits, and combine them into one visit, and bill out the visit level that is appropriate for the HX/Exam/MDM documented for both visits.

CPT 17110 ,J3301 ,11900 these procedure perform same time under provider dermatalogy .medicaid paid the j3301 and other two vist denied due to service not authorize at same day.now guide me how can i combine into one visit.?

Does your Medicaid require that you get pre authorization for those procedures? The denial you are stating indicates they were denied for not having authorization. It doesn't indicate they were denied due to coding.
