Primary claim of medicaid .claim is 90 days older.can anyone guide me what will be delay reason use in claim.patient have no other insurance.

You asked this question already. Clearly no one can tell you what delay reason. You are not indicating why the claim was filed late, what state you are billing for, etc. There is no way to answer your question.
