COB ISSUE

i want to know about COB issue.if patient is in nursing home and we can not contact with patient .then how can i access to the patient for update COB.

If an insurance is requiring the patient to do a COB you need to contact the nursing home and ask the case worker, or social worker to help the patient handle the COB.
